About Dr. Leslie J. Paris

Dr. Leslie J. Paris has been in dentistry for 38 years – first as a dental hygienist, then clinical periodontist, practice owner, and clinical lecturer. She opened her practice in 1998 with a single employee and two functioning operatories. Through trial and error and ongoing education, she learned to run her practice as a profitable business that fit into her life – not the other way around – growing it into two office locations with three dentists and 15 team members. Today, through Dental Education with Inspiration, LLC, her courses inspire other dentists to do the same.
