In the “olden” days of dentistry, all you had to do was put your sign out and business lined up at the door. This is no longer true and has been the case for quite a while.
In this presentation, Dr. Paris will review the 10 Universal Truths of Service as outlined in the book The Simple Truths of Service by Ken Blanchard and Barbara Glanz. This presentation will not only teach you the 10 universal truths of service but also allow for collaborative brainstorming of ideas to implement in your practice.
In addition, Dr. Paris will present an extensive list of “professional language verbiage” to use at the office when communicating with patients as well as team members.
