Feeling overwhelmed with the entire dental implant arena? If you are looking for a review of dental implant anatomy and an accurate, evidence-based dental implant maintenance plan, this course is for you.

Dr. Paris will discuss dental implant history, types, trends, and parts and pieces, as well as dental implant anatomy. In addition to the physiology and etiology of disease progression, she will review the assessment, identification, and diagnosis of peri-implant soft and hard tissue diseases. Dr. Paris will present multiple modalities for the treatment of peri-implant diseases, giving the clinician the knowledge to either treat the patient or refer them for additional treatment.

Dr. Paris will also discuss dental implant maintenance procedures involving annual guidelines, instrumentation, and home-care protocols to educate the patient.

Dentists and hygienists will leave this course with the knowledge to educate their patients as well as a working understanding of the clinical procedures needed to identify and treat peri-implant diseases.
